Long Description 2:
I started Folder Size Calculator as a project in 2004, when I had finished a course at CDI College. I had been downloading lots of movies, and programs and had no hard drive space left. So I made this little program called ‘Drive Sizer,’ because all it did was search an entire drive and size each of its folders. It wouldn't search network folders at that point, unless they were mapped drives! I reconfigured it for use with any folder and every folder under the original folder. I then added the size display limiter, so I could only see the big folders, then the level limiter so I didn't have to see EVERY folder on under the selected folder. I then thought it’d be great to use command line functions so I added those in, for automated use. The result; FOLDER SIZE CALCULATOR! Yessireee. It works great, and takes you to where the files are. Not a huge bunch of whingbangs, and doozledoodles, just a quick little program to calculate which folders are taking the most space. I hope you enjoy it!
