Zowzer was developed to help non-profits or other small organizations to transition from emails, files, spreadsheets, and other inefficient means of data storage to a real database where their valuable information is secure and ready to grow with their organization. Zowzer is even useful for mature organizations to fill the gap between ad hoc data storage and full application development efforts.
The Zowzer client allows users to create their own applications and store data in their own database. Zowzer takes care of all the database tasks for you. Application owners can then provide secure connection information to colleages in order to let them collaborate in viewing or editing their shared data.
When the organization grows, the tables created and maintained by Zowzer in a SQL Server or MySQL database can be accessed for custom editing, analysis, and reporting applications.
