ReliefJet Tweaker brings back HTML options for messages than allow you to embed images, pictures and photos or send them as links. Microsoft starting from Outlook 2007 for some unknown reason removed this option. The product can also enable sending personal categories with outgoing email messages - this can be useful sometimes.
