To-Doster is a very simple data application that was built for recording change control in software design. It is a simple spread sheet style list that lets people add entries to applications that you can define giving them multiple version records. The issue entries are marked as Change or Fix and have status of Open, Fixed, Re-opened, or closed. The comments for each entry allows adding to in editing but doesn't let removing someones comments prior to another insuring and editing the change control.
