This program is a Easy to use Csv Editor. The program has built in file format detection and supports both single byte character sets and Unicode files
The program supports a large variety of field seperators and quotes, multiple different file views, Column updates, Large Files,
Macro Support (JavaScript is built in, Jython, JRuby etc can be added). As well as Csv files, the editor can View / Update Xml, GNU-GetText-PO and SwingX-Tip files.
For Fixed width data files, there is a wizard to help to define the file layout which is saved in an Xml format for later use.
There is an optional extension for using Cobol-Layout to describe fixed width files. You can extend the editor with Java script (+Jython & JRuby with appropriate additional jars) Macros.
