Codenica Inventory is used for inventory and management of IT hardware, software, licenses and consumables at the company. The application allows balanced management of IT resources and recording of all inventoried events, such as: repairs, service, upgrades and maintenance.
Long Description 2:
Codenica Inventory is a solution for all Users who need software for stable inventory management of a company's IT resources. Inventoried objects are entered and edited manually by the User, who retains full control of the process, and removed using the relevant Asset Disposal Protocol. Each object in the inventory retains the history of changes including information on the person who made them, the time they were made and the computer that was used. The inventoried objects allow the creation of relations with other objects, and their repairs, service, maintenance and upgrades to be recorded.
The User may use Codenica Audit to automate the process of creating and updating the inventory. The Export to Inventory Wizard allows the completed network computer audit data to be exported to the Codenica Inventory - IT Inventory Management System using the detailed and configurable schema of related objects.
