Short Description: AntiAlias VST works by oversampling it's stereo input between a minimum of 2x and a maximum of 32x. After oversampling an FIR filter cuts out all harmonics over the Nyquist, and then it's downsampled again, producing a bandlimited signal.
Long Description 1: This simple to use yet powerful VST effect is useful for anyone mastering audio tracks. Aliasing makes tracks sound poor and cheap. To get crisp 'studio' sound you must not have aliasing in your tracks. AntiAlias VST filters out aliasing with oversampling and a digital filter.
Long Description 2: AntiAlias VST is a free high quality mastering effect for the purpose of removing aliasing from it's input. Aliasing is the presence of harmonics in a digital recording that are above the Nyquist frequency, and therefore cause unwanted noise. While your speakers or stereo may have a top notch oversampling digital filter, not every piece of playback hardware is the same. With this plugin you can filter out aliasing at the time of creation, rather than expecting PCs and stereos to clean it up later.
