wAPI Monitor 2000 is a small utility that allows you to monitor the debugger messages sent by many MS Windows applications and utilities. Facilities are also included to add diagnostic output messages to any software project that you may be developing.

wAPI Monitor 2000 is a small Windows utility that allows you to monitor the debugging messages sent by many MS Windows applications and utilities. Facilities are also included to add diagnostic output messages to any software project that you may be developing. wAPI Monitor 2000 can also be used with Microsoft's DBMon utility included in the Win32 SDK toolkit. wAPI Monitor 2000 will run on Windows Vista, 7 and 8 operating systems, as well as Windows 2003, XP/ME and Windows 95. Example source code is also provided for adding sprintf-style formatted debugger output to your own programs.
