Measure the length and area of things on a picture, e.g. a scanned plan. First you can specify the scale. For that you can enter the length of a known stretch. Now you can measure the length of a stretch or the total length of a combination of stretches. Another possibility is to measure the area and perimeter of a polygon, a rectangle, a circle or an ellipse.

Long Description 2:
Measure the length and area of things on a picture, e.g. a scanned plan. First you can specify the scale. For that you can enter the length of a known stretch. Now you can measure the length of a stretch or the total length of a combination of stretches. Another possibility is to measure the area and perimeter of a polygon, a rectangle, a circle or an ellipse. You can draw the elements over the picture and click on them later on to move them or to edit them. You can enter a caption for every element. You can add text on any place of the picture with the free text tool. The program can draw a border in another color around the letters to enhance the readability. You can select the font, font size, font color and the color of the measurement elements. You can export the measurement results as CSV file, for example to open the results in Excel. You can save the picture together with the measurement elements or print it out. You can load a picture from hard disk or directly from the scanner into the program.
