This is a general purpose blank service invoice template in MS Excel '.xlsx' format. Whether you operate your business as a personal / sole trader or limited company, you can use this service invoice form to detail what work you have done, and how much your customer owns you.
Once you download template, unprotect the sheet by going to the 'Review' ribbon tab and choose 'Unprotect sheet'. Then you enter your own business information like name, address and contact details. Click the 'Protect sheet' command the Excel ribbon to protect the form again.
On creating invoices, you fill in the empty cells like invoice#, invoice date, customer information, and the services you performed. This template does not calculates line total, which enables you to manually editable the amount to charge for each invoiced item.
The subtotal, tax and grand total are calculated automatically. Once all the required information is filled in, you can print a hard copy, or generate PDF service invoice using Excel. The invoicing form is clean and professional, which makes the result invoices professional and elegant.
